There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.That said, in my experience as a Mon Valley real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

       My "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I also have become one of only 45 agents in PA. and 2000 nationally to be a CNE which means Certified Negotiation Expert. That gives you the advantage of having a Realtor® that not only knows the area but has the skills and the training to negotiate the possible outcome for you.       Also I'm a member of the Mon Valley Board of Realtor's®. and a member of the National Board of Realtor®. That is a great advantage for you because I have taken a oath to follow a code of ethics. Which means not only must I follow the Law to the fullest, I must also follow a code of ethics which holds me to a even higher set of rules and standards. I’m also a Multi-Million dollar producer and a National Sales Excellence award winner which is only given to the top 5% of realtors in North America. In 2008 I sold 38 homes in 2008, 33 in 2009, 35 in 2010 also in 2011 I sold 53 units and was the number 1 Agent at Howard Hanna Simon by breaking every recorded previously set and I did these things in the slowest Real Estate market in year. I'm a winner and try to be the best I can in all areas of my life.

      I'm also I a father of 2 and a husband. My boys are 5 and 3 years old. We live in Perryopolis PA where I grew up. My lovely wife Jeanne is very supportive of the long night and weekends that I must work to be your full time agent. She understands that I sometimes must leave at 8 at night and go show a home or take a phone call at 10 at night from a worried seller. I have grown up in the profession of Real Estate; my father Tom Simon Sr is the broker/owner of Howard Hanna Simon and has been in the profession for over 25 years.
